For the last two years, in my work for the Promote Drupal initiative, I’ve been trying to get myself into the mindset of a Drupal evaluator. What do newcomers think when they research which platform to use for their project? What are the pain points and selection criteria they’re thinking about? What keeps them up at night? Have you ever listened to a truly mesmerizing storyteller? Ever wondered how they effortlessly draw you in and leave you invested in the outcome? As a project manager, I’m often tasked with managing client schedules, timelines, meetings, tasks and recaps. However, the most complex and difficult deliverable I’m responsible for every day: managing people. Fortunately, I've found a way to manage people combining the art of the individual and meeting them where they're most comfortable utilizing the science behind why they're comfortable there.

If you are using Google Analytics for tracking your website metrics, chances are it is hard to make actionable decisions with off-the-shelf Google Analytics tracking. Creating Google Analytics Custom Events can help, but they can be difficult to create or maintain if you are not comfortable with JavaScript or PHP. However, Google Tag Manager empowers non-developers and Site Builders to configure and update custom event tracking for Google Analytics to improve the relevance of their metrics.
